Father Gonser welcomes all to the outdoor Mass on Sunday, August 17th.
A great 30th Parish celebration! Mass was celebrated outdoors on Sunday, August 17th . Father Gonser, pastor, and deacon Ken Deluca,assisting are distributing Holy Communon to over 300 parishioners and guests. As of August 10, 2008 we have 573 families. This is a 10% increase in membership in the past 19 months. Keep up the good work of evangelization, everybody! Let your neighbors and friends know about our parish and how it can change their lives for the better. God bless you for your efforts in being good stewards of God's Word!
Hello, everybody! Sorry that it has been awhile since my last blog. Just have been rather busy with parish activities. We are looking forward to our 30th Anniversary Celebration on August 17th. There will be an outdoor Mass at 10:30 in front of the Church. Lots of chairs will be available but feel free to bring blankets and lawn chairs. Lots of great refresments at the reception after Mass. As of March,2008 approximately 555 families are registered at our parish. Of those 555 families:
46% or 239 families live in SJB boundaries
30% or 158 families live in St. Peter’s boundaries
10% or 54 families live in Avon
14% or 71 families live in 18 different cities, from Rocky River to Sheffield Lake, Medina, Parma, Strongsville, Brecksville, LaGrange, and many cities in between.
That means, 54% of our registered families live outside our boundaries, which is 3 square miles of the North East corner of the city of North Ridgeville. North Ridgeville encompasses 25 square miles. Thank you to all our parishioners for choosing St. Julie’s as your faith community. Being a church of choice makes this parish very unique. Your membership makes it even more special. Approximately 60% of our parishioners now live outside our parish boundaries.
